• Non compliance with provision of Act shall be punishable with fine which may extend to 50,000 Rupees.

• Non compliance with provision of act may leads to Cancellation of Business License, Renewals, approvals and other registrations.

• Participation Fee

• ·         Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) per participant which is inclusive of applicable tax and include the cost of course material, tea and lunch.
  ·         Four or more participants from the same organization will be entitled to 10% concession in the fees

1.    It is the first of its kind workshop in the field of NGO management being conducted by NIRATANKA. 

2.  The resource person is an expert in the field of NGO Management. He is Director on the Board of the International Centre for Nonprofit Law (ICNL) which is head quartered in the USA and member of the Asian Philanthropy Advisory Network which is affiliated to Give2Asia, also based in the USA.

3.    He has contributed research papers on not-for-profit law for the Johns Hopkins as also Harvard Universities. He has written several resource books including, ‘The Art of Successful Fund Raising’, ‘Investment Opportunities for Charitable Organizations’, ‘Management of Philanthropic Organizations’, ‘Laws Governing Voluntary Organizations in India’ and ‘Merchants of Philanthropy. He is also the regional contributing editor of the ‘International Journal on Nonprofit Law’ and is Co-author of an internationally acclaimed publication titled, “Philanthropy & Law in South Asia’.

4.    He is trustee of Resource Alliance (India), India Sponsorship Committee, Make A Wish Foundation, V Care Foundation, Forbes Foundation, and the Jai Ho Trust which he established with the Oscar Winning Director, Danny Boyle and Junoon Foundation.
