• Quarterly Compliance is mandatory.

• Non compliance with provision of Act shall be punishable with fine which may extend to 50,000 Rupees.

• Non compliance with provision of act may leads to Cancellation of Business License, Renewals, approvals and other registrations.

• Participation Fee

• ·         Rs. 2,000/- (Rupees Two Thousand only) per participant which is inclusive of applicable tax and include the cost of course material, tea and lunch.
  ·         Four or more participants from the same organization will be entitled to 10% concession in the fees
  ·         Fees payable by DD/Cheque in the favour of '‘Niratanka Management Services” payable at Bangalore.
